ensuring leadership and operations teams always act on insights, not
assumptions.

allocation rules, calling cadence, retry strategies, wrap-up codes, and
agent mapping—ensuring maximum reach, efficiency, and compliance across
sales campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end Sales MIS on a daily, weekly, and
monthly basis, providing leadership and operations teams with accurate,
timely, and actionable performance insights.
- Design, build, and maintain advanced sales
dashboards covering:
- Conversion ratios and funnel leakage analysis
- Talk-time effectiveness, pitch duration, and call
quality correlations
- DRR, occupancy, utilisation, and agent productivity
metrics
- Lead intent signals, propensity indicators, and
engagement scores

calling patterns, talk-time bands, pitch structures, and follow-up
strategies drive higher conversions and revenue.
- Enable data-driven decision-making by translating complex
sales data into clear insights, trends, and recommendations for Sales,
Training, QA, and Leadership teams.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance, working closely with
operations to eliminate data gaps, disposition errors, and reporting
inconsistencies.
- Support AI and advanced analytics initiatives by providing clean,
structured, and well-labelled datasets required for intent models,
propensity scoring, sales copilots, and predictive dashboards.
- Collaborate with CRM, Dialer, and Technology teams to continuously improve
data capture, reporting automation, and dashboard usability.
