About the Role
This role is responsible for building future-ready sales
capability—combining sales psychology, BFSI compliance, digital tools, and
AI-assisted selling techniques.
You will ensure that every sales professional is trained
not just to sell—but to convert consistently and compliantly.
What
You Will Do
- Design
and institutionalise Sales CoE training frameworks
covering the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery to
objection handling, closing, and post-sale compliance—aligned to BFSI
products such as Credit Cards and Personal Loans.
- Own
end-to-end new-hire readiness, ensuring agents
achieve time-to-productivity benchmarks through structured onboarding,
certification gates, and early-stage performance diagnostics.
- Drive
continuous upskilling and behavioural transformation programs
for existing sales teams, focusing on improving pitch quality,
conversation depth, intent sensing, negotiation effectiveness, and ethical
selling.
- Build
AI-enabled sales playbooks including dynamic
scripts, conversation prompts, objection-handling trees, rebuttal
frameworks, and micro-learning nudges—designed to augment human
intelligence and improve real-time decision-making.
- Translate
sales analytics and QA insights into targeted training interventions,
using data such as pitch-to-conversion ratios, talk-time effectiveness,
drop-off points, and objection frequency.
- Measure
and demonstrate training ROI by tracking conversion
uplift, quality scores, compliance adherence, productivity improvement,
and reduction in rework or leakage.
- Work
closely with Sales QA and Operations teams
to close the loop between training, execution, and outcomes—ensuring
learning content continuously evolves based on ground-level realities.
- Embed
best-in-class sales practices and governance standards
across the Sales CoE, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability
across voice and digital channels.
- Act
as a capability transformation partner to sales
leaders—coaching managers on how to reinforce learning on the floor and
sustain behavioural change beyond the classroom.
