About the Role
Armsoft is building a next-generation, AI-first Sales
Centre of Excellence (Sales CoE)—and this role is at the heart of that
mission.
As Senior Manager / GM – Digital Sales Operations,
you will design, scale, and govern an omnichannel, AI-augmented sales
engine where human intelligence is amplified using digital tools, analytics,
and AI copilots.
This is a builder’s role, not a maintenance role.
What You Will Do
- Architect,
launch, and scale a Digital Sales Centre of Excellence (Sales CoE)
integrating Voice, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and AI-driven engagement—designed
to deliver consistent, compliant, and high-conversion BFSI sales outcomes
across products such as Credit Cards and Personal Loans.
- Own
end-to-end sales performance governance, including
productivity, conversion ratios, revenue assurance, and pipeline
predictability—ensuring leadership has real-time visibility into what is
working, what is leaking, and where to intervene.
- Design
and embed AI-augmented agent workflows, including
real-time sales copilots, conversation prompts, assisted selling scripts,
disposition intelligence, and next-best-action recommendations—focused on
augmenting human decision-making rather than replacing it.
- Implement
intent-based lead prioritisation and micro-segmentation frameworks,
using behavioural, demographic, and interaction-level signals to ensure
the right agent engages the right prospect at the right time with the
right proposition.
- Drive
omnichannel orchestration and journey-based sales cadences,
ensuring seamless hand-offs between channels and structured follow-ups
that maximise reach, response, and conversion while improving customer
experience.
- Build
and institutionalise integrated Sales Training, Quality Assurance, MIS,
and Analytics frameworks under a single
governance model—so that capability building, quality control, data
insights, and execution all reinforce each other.
- Lead
the transformation of traditional sales teams into digitally fluent,
insight-driven sellers, capable of using CRMs, analytics
dashboards, AI prompts, and digital tools to deliver superior performance
consistently.
- Partner
closely with Product, Technology, and Analytics teams
to define requirements, prioritise enhancements, and operationalise CRM,
dialer, omnichannel platforms, AI models, and dashboards that directly
improve sales outcomes.
- Act
as a change leader and culture builder, embedding a
mindset of continuous learning, experimentation, and performance
excellence across the Sales CoE.
This role defines how modern BFSI sales is executed—where
human intelligence, powered by AI and analytics, delivers predictable and
scalable revenue.
